The router lives in the hallway closet if it ever needs a restart (hold the button 10 seconds).
14 Dune Lane, Seabrook
Maya & Tom — text or WhatsApp +1 (555) 010-2244 any time between 8 AM and 10 PM. For anything urgent after hours, call twice and we'll pick up.
Jiggle the front door handle up while turning the key; ocean air makes it sticky.
The best shower you'll ever take. Left tap is hot — give it 30 seconds. Rinse sandy feet before going inside and the house stays lovely for everyone.
Thermostat is in the hallway. Summer: leave it at 74°F with the ceiling fans on — the cross-breeze does the real work. The fan remotes live on the fridge.
The living-room TV is on HDMI 1 for streaming. Sign in to your own Netflix/Hulu — and please sign out on checkout day. The soundbar turns on with the TV automatically.
Gas grill on the back deck. The propane valve is under the left side shelf — open it fully, then use the igniter. Spare tank in the shed. Please scrape the grates after use; brush hangs on the hook.
Everything in the shed is yours to use: chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, the good cooler. Rinse with the hose, let it dry, put it back. The beach wagon's left wheel pulls right — you'll get used to it.
Driftwood Coffee — 5-minute walk up Shore Road. Get the brown-butter muffin before 9 AM or it's gone. Map
The Wharf Shack — looks like a shed, cooks like a dream. Cash only, worth it. Order the daily catch, whatever it is. Map
Seabrook Market for basics (8-minute walk). The big supermarket is a 12-minute drive inland — go there for a full shop. Map
Turn left out of the beach gate and walk 10 minutes past the jetty. Locals-only stretch, no crowds even in August.
That's it. Safe travels — come back soon!
